About the role

As a Recruiter at HSO, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and collaborate with the HR team, hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a strong background in recruitment. The ideal candidate has experience in sourcing and hiring, also is familiar with industry best practices and trends. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highly skilled technical professionals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, colleagues, HR team and other stakeholders to define job requirements and understand the skills and qualifications needed for each position
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactively source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
  • Screen and review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date candidate records and candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system
  • Propose ideas and participate in employer branding initiatives to increase HSO's visibility in the job market.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics and make recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Knowledge of technical roles and domains would be considered as a great advantage, such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and other recruiting tools and methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
