Synergy Sports is changing the future of sports as we know it through proprietary groundbreaking technology. We are a global sports technology company trailblazing a path to solve our customers’ needs using the latest in A.I., Computer Vision and Cloud Computing. Our customers are professional and amateur sports teams, leagues and federations around the world. As well as commercialization partners, OTT platforms and new media. At the core of our solutions is an ecosystem created by automated production and the aggregation of sports video content and data using ground-breaking A.I.
In a company where Sports and Technology are at its core, you will be a critical member of the Operation team. Our customers rely on the Operation Team long after our automated video production systems have been installed. Your primary responsibilities will be answering questions and solving problems related to the Synergy Sports tools, which will require technical knowledge and expertise.
You will also work with our Product Delivery Team to help prepare and deliver our hardware solution to our clients. This includes preparing servers and calibrating our camera systems.
This position is fully remote
Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and workflows
- Create, maintain and share documentation about our installation and product
- Assist the on-site install teams with the installation of our systems around the country and world
- Answer tickets escalated to you, and escalate as necessary
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up to date with all internal new product features
- Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base
- Assist Delivery team in preparing the system before shipment
- Assist Delivery team with installations logistics
- You will work in collaboration with European and American colleagues on installations around the world. You will therefore sometimes have to work shifted hours (night).
Requirements

Skills
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer facing troubleshooting role.
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
- Experience with on site support/installation
- Networking knowledge
- Experience working with Linux
- Languages : English, Spanish, Portuguese or Any other language is a big plus
